TERMS & COnditions - christmas MINI SESSIONs
GENERAL: By booking a MINI SESSION with Alexandra Papanaga Studio you agree to all terms and conditions below. All photoshoots can be used by Alexandra Papanaga Studio for advertising purposes, social media posts, portfolio, etc. For a confidential photoshoot there is an additional charge of £25. Package prices are based on 2 adults & 2 children; One family per session only.
PHOTOS: The photos included in the package will be chosen by you from an online gallery of 20+ photos. Extra photos can be purchased for £5/photo. These will be delivered within 1 month from the photoshoot BUT before Christmas day. Editing process for a mini session includes colour correction only and does not include clothing amendments or any type of advanced editing.
ON THE DAY: The client will arrive at the location already dressed and ready for the photoshoot. You should also be able to provide your own outfit. Should you wish to wear shoes, these must be another clean pair of shoes and not the ones which you used to come to the studio.
As this is a MINI session, the allocated time for your session is up to 15 min, plus 10 min allowance to come in & leave the location. Therefore any late arrivals will result in less or no photos taken, if there is no time left for your session.
The photographer will try the best to capture beautiful photos for your family but is not responsible for children/adults that are not cooperating, don't want to participate in the shooting or are ignoring the instructions.
CAMERAS, PHONES or any other recording equipment are NOT permitted during the mini session. You will be asked to leave and any payments already made will not be refunded.
BOOKING: The session is considered booked after confirmation that you agree to these terms & conditions and a retainer fee of £25 is paid. This retainer is NON refundable and non transferable. The remaining fee is payable in full on the day of the photoshoot.
If you or anyone coming to the photoshoot are not feeling well, have COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone ill recently, please get in touch ASAP. There will be no photoshoot taking place if anyone shows symptoms of Covid or illness. This is to protect me, you and anyone coming before or after your shooting.
